A unique aspect of TOP is the requirement that youth participate in at least 1 hour per week of community service learning activity. Usually, a project carried out by a TOP group working together to address a community problem of interest to them.
Projects provide opportunities for youth to learn life and leadership skills they will need in adulthood.
