A native of Memphis, TN. Shea has been a certified Teen Outreach Program (TOP®) facilitator since 2013.
Being a TOP facilitator has given her so many avenues to reach youth. Shea became a certified TOP® trainer in 2016 and is currently training staff across Tennessee to ensure that they experience rewarding moments with teens like she once did.
