Jonna Laidlaw has over 40 years of experience inspiring youth success through service learning and youth leadership development.
She is a certified Teen Outreach Program trainer and has been with Oasis Center for over 20 years. Her current role allows her to provide hands-on training, monitoring, and coaching to staff working with youth in residential and juvenile justice sites across the state of TN.
At Oasis, she enjoys working on training design and teaching team-building activities.
