Nicole is a certified Teen Outreach Program (TOP®) facilitator as well as a certified TOP® trainer and has been with the Oasis Center for 12 years.
Her current role allows her to provide hands-on training, monitoring and coaching to staff in foster care facilities.
Nicole has served as the chairperson for our Anti-Racism Cultural Connection Employee Resource Group. She is passionate about building and maintaining relationships within the Oasis family, as well as encouraging community among staff.
